Rules:

1) Follow directions first time given.

2) Raise your hand to be recognized.

3) Keep hands,feet, and other objects to self.

4) No put-downs

Rewards:

1) Praise

2) Drawing ticket

3) Marbles for whole class behavior

4) Notes/calls home

5) Marble party

Consequences:

1) Warning

2) Name on board

3) Name on board w/check-5 minutes away from group

4)Call to parents

5)Send to principal

Practices and Procedures:

Grading System:

90%-100% =A

80%-89% =B

70%-79%=C

60%-69% =D

Make-up Work:

The student will have 2 days to complete make-up work except in the case of extended illness or vacation. This will be worked out individually with the child and parents.

Extra Credit:

Extra credit will be available throughout the year with different projects.

Basic Work Requirements:

Students will read the required texts, participate in group projects, and complete assigned work.
