Agendas and Minutes

Due to change in software platform acquisition and pricing, Valdez City Schools has historical school board meeting agendas and minutes in several different locations. Please note the time period below when searching for records. In the future, we hope to have all historical records loaded to the website in a centrally accessible location.

2026 - present:

Beginning in 2026, VCS will use BoardBook to facilitate meeting agenda and minutes distribution. 

View the agenda for location, time, and description of meetings. Agendas are posted three days prior to the meeting.

2022 to 2025:

For three years, VCS used BoardDocs for meeting agendas and minutes.

2008 to 2022:

These meetings did not use a software agenda platform and were created through PDF consolidation. The records from these meetings are on file with the VCS District Office and can be requested by any member of the public. In the future, we will strive to load these on the website where they can be more easily retrieved.
